When they are cut off, they stumble on a desperate scheme to commit the perfect murder to collect their inheritance early. As they toggle between colorful fantasies and hopeful delusions, their nephew, a brilliant kid with Asperger’s Syndrome, discovers their plan and shares it with his sister. The ineptitude of the adults is no match for the covert operations and fancy gadgetry of the kids in this fun film.
This uniquely entertaining comedy is filled with richly-textured one-liners and malapropisms accompanied by beautifully crafted fantasy sequences and wild costumes from the spectacular world of Amy’s imagination. Writer’s Cramp features performances from American Idol contestant Megan Joy and Quinn Allman (The Used) and stars Raphael Barker (Short Bus). This film is a treat for kids and adults alike, and will keep the whole family laughing and guessing until the end.

Everything is normal until they stumble across a hidden file that attracts the attention of head office. Unsure of the consequences for discovering this file they must rely on each other to survive.
